I'll briefly interrupt my alphabet project to mention a couple pieces of art I have for sale on Ebay. You can bid on them here.
First up is an Iron Man page penciled by Steve Ditko and inked by Dan Green. Below that is an oddball ink drawing by Mike Mignola from 1979. Both have low reserves.
Page from Iron Man #160. Pencils by Steve Ditko, inks by Dan Green.
Arthur Sarnoff (1912-2000) was a prolific illustrator and advertising artist. He seems to have been most active during the 1960's. While I enjoy his slick drawings of happy couples, he is probably most famous for his paintings of dogs playing pool.
"A Conversation in the Kitchen," n.d.
"From Claudia to David," Redbook magazine, May 1949.
