N.C. Wyeth: or, This Just In

Really, I just got this in. There was a copy on Ebay at a price I couldn't resist:

The Courtship of Miles Standish, by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Houghton Mifflin, 1920. Illustrated by N.C. Wyeth. [After posting this, I saw Mr. Door Tree posted beautiful scans of the illustrations from this book here.]

And, just because I can...

The Boy's King Arthur, by Sidney Lanier. Charles Scribner's Sons, 1944. Illustrated by N.C. Wyeth.

  1. The Courtship of Miles Standish followed by the Boys King Arthur could be seen as a little suggestive. George Bush has been notified, you perv.
