For those of us who were forbidden to purchase "real" monster magazines by our parents, these Dell Movie Comics were okay for some reason -- probably because they were thought of as just funny books and not scary books. Go figure. Dell anthologized a couple of these stories and one of John Stanley's stories from the Dell TALES FROM THE TOMB one-shot in DRACULA, THE MUMMY & OTHER STORIES.
Classics Illustrated comics were always good for getting around the "no monster magazines" ban.
