Film Threat was underground film magazine started by Chris Gore in the 1980's. Early issues of the magazine often featured covers by then up-and-coming Detroit artist Glenn Barr. Here's a selection of Glenn's covers for the magazine. Issue #13 featured both front and back covers, with separate covers that provided a flip book effect when flipped back and forth.
Film Threat #10, 1986.
Film Threat #13, 1987.
Film Threat #15, 1988.
Film Threat #17, 1988.
Film Threat #21, 1989.
Shameless Promotion Dept: I'm selling these and more issues of Film Threat on Ebay.
