Filipino Massacre
Bill Stout's cover for Dark Horse Presents #23, October 1988. Also the first page for his story "Filipino Massacre" which is reprinted in that issue. I'm not sure where the story was first printed.
After a bit of looking I found out it was originally published in "Bicentennial Gross-outs", a 1976 underground comic. Here's a link with more information and the whole story:
